When you meet the following criteria, submit your name and contact information to your local AmTrust Product & Technology Consultant (PTC). To identify your PTC, please see Gemstone’s contact Info > By Region or contact your AmTrust affiliated Correspondent/Broker.Upon receiving your request, your PTC will meet with you and verify you meet the following criteria for Gold or Platinum Certification.
Gold Certification
Closing agents must create a great customer experience by:
- Understanding how to close eSignSM loans faster than "wet" signed paper loans.
- Utilizing up-to-date hardware and software.
- Maintaining an adequate broadband internet connection.
- Establishing a private eClosing room with a computer and an internet connection.
- Completing a minimum of ten (10) eSign closings prior to certification.
Platinum Certification
Closing agents must meet all of the criteria above and provide a "remote closing" capability.
- Remote closings are defined as closings facilitated by a notary at a location other than the closing agent’s office. A notary must be selected by the closing agent and not the borrower.
