About eSignŽ
eSignŽ is an electronic signature or click-through option that replaces ink signatures by the simple click of a mouse. eDocs are the paperless versions of legal documents required in the closing package.In early 2006, NYCB Mortgage introduced its first paperless legal document--the eNoteŽ. Now, most legal closing documents have been converted to eDocs and are available for electronic signature via eSignŽ.
At NYCB Mortgage, eSignŽ is now business as usual where all eligible loans close electronically.
eSignŽ is available for most Table Funded Conforming Fixed and Conforming Standard ARM products, between 6:00 am and 12:30 am Eastern Time daily. eSignŽ utilizes all industry approved standards and requirements of authenticity.
