eSign® Arrives in Texas on September 14th

eSign® provides you with the control, speed and ease you’ve been waiting for!
  • Control. Offer your borrowers the opportunity to close their loan where they want, when they want.

  • Speed. Because your borrowers have the opportunity to review their closings documents online before closing, they can double-check for spelling errors or missing middle initials which means your closing will be seamless.


  • Ease. Eliminate courier expenses, because all electronically signed documents are automatically sent electronically and the remaining ink signed documents can be scanned and uploaded to Gemstone (AmTrust Bank’s secure transactional website).


To begin closing loans electronically, simply follow these easy steps:

1. Click on the ‘New Agents’ link on the left navigation.

2. Click on the link to submit your documentation.

3. You will be asked to submit three (3) pieces of information:

  • Closing Agent/Entity Information – basic contact information used to establish your Gemstone account(s).

  • Login Administrator – a person(s) in your office designated to create, delete and edit user access to Gemstone.


  • Closing Protection Letters – you will be prompted to select your coverage type as well as submit your documentation electronically or via fax.


4. Upon completion your designated Login Administrator. You will receive an email with information on how to set up additional accounts on Gemstone.
