For Texas Table Funded Broker Transactions Registered Prior to 05.22.11

As previously communicated, loans registered on or after 05.22.11 on table funded broker transactions with a subject property address in Texas will close in the name of NYCB Mortgage Company, LLC. There is NO change in this requirement.

Update for Table Funded Broker Transactions Registered Prior to 05.22.11
For table funded broker transactions registered prior to 05.22.11 on subject properties in Texas we previously communicated that these loans would close in the name of "AmTrust Bank, a Division of New York Community Bank."

Effective immediately, the use of "AmTrust Bank, a Division of New York Community Bank" will be discontinued and replaced by "New York Community Bank" on those applicable loans where documents are drawn 7.01.11 or after. This company name update must be reflected in the additional documentation noted below.

Again, this change only affects loans registered prior to 5.22.11.
