The litigation between AmTrust Bank and certain LandAmerica subsidiaries has been resolved to their mutual satisfaction.

Title and Closing Agents who were previously approved with AmTrust are required to submit Closing Protection Letters (CPLs) online from www.esignmortgage.com.

New Title and Closing Agents who have not closed loans with AmTrust are required to submit the required information online from from www.esignmortgage.com
