Based on user feedback, the order in which electronic documents are displayed for eSign will be changed to reflect commonly accepted closing practices.For Example: The eNote, has moved to the beginning of the eDoc signing sequence. However, borrowers may eSign electronic documents in whichever order is preferred by the Closing Agent.

Three Possible Back-up Plans
eSign features three different "back-up" options to access a complete, authoritative paper copy of the closing documents. Back-up closing documents are available at any time prior to pressing the final "submit" button at the end of an eSign closing. Your three new options to store, copy or print an authoritative paper back up are available from:

Non-borrower Documents Removed from Borrower Email
To accelerate closings and prevent the chance of any errors at the closing event, many Clients use Gemstone’s email closing docs feature to send borrowers a secure link to their closing documents prior to the closing. To enhance the marketing of eSign Gold and Platinum Certified closing agents throughout the country, a new "county" date field has been added in Gemstone’s Closing Agent Maintenance Module (located under 'Managed Services').
