• Please note the Adobe Reader X is not currently compatible with Gemstone's eSign module.

  • Until further notice, it is recommended that Clients or Closing Agents install an older version of Adobe Reader to perform eSign Closings.

  • If your company is unable to access an older version of Adobe Reader, it will be necessary to conduct a traditional paper closing.

  • Please contact the Client Support Group at 888.321.6446 or email answers@mynycb.com to set up your loans for a paper closing.
