Required Gemstone System Maintenance February 4th and 5th, 2012
 In preparation for the adoption of Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®) system requirements, Gemstone will not be available for any loan transactions on February 4th and 5th, 2012.

Plan Ahead!

  • eSign® closings cannot be conducted on February 4th and 5th, 2012.

  • If your closing date cannot be rescheduled, you have the option of conducting a paper closing.

  • Please contact the Client Support Group at 888.321.6446 or email answers@mynycb.com to help you or your Clients properly set up the loan for a paper closing on February 4th or 5th.
